Hot on the heels of Auntie Kerry's visit my mother arrived about 10 days ago. We have been very busy traveling about sleeping on floors and eating lots of things with eyeballs - for breakfast. Just what she signed up for I am sure ! Actually they were very nice tatami floors with exquisite little private gardens to admire. She has been taking great photos while I have not... once I figure out just what to do about that I will endeavor to share more of our exploits. In the meantime I will blame my camera, or my rascally baby. Speaking of my rascally baby, Marlena turns one tomorrow. I know I got started on this baby thing a little late in the day but still ...Me ... the mother of a one year old ...amazing.
