V does posh brunch at Dempsey Hill. Dempsey Hill is an old army barracks that has been converted into trendy cafes and shops. The buildings are old and spacious and there is lots of greenery. And lot of expats ! I felt like we could have been at a Dean and Deluca's in California somewhere.
