coffee on our balcony. ( we had very noisy neighbors the first night and got upgraded to a lovely suite for our second, shame we were only their two nights ! )

With two days left in spring break O made it back from a conference in the US and we took a very last minute trip to Lankawi in Malaysia. We arrived at night and never saw much outside our hotel - but what we saw was lovely. The hotel had a long beach with cyprus and magnolia trees - and lush green hills in the distance. Twins got a lot of confidence bobbing about in the ocean ( with wings on ) which will hopefully help speed up their progress in swim class and we managed to take everyone out for a spin in kayak.

Kids were back in school Monday and seemed happy to be their. Even G. M has her big 'senior' exhibition coming up soon, a requisite to graduate from Kindergarten, so her class is very busy and excited getting ready for that.
