christmas is coming !

and it has been busy ! the tree went up early December and M wrote her letter to Santa with help from an older friend on the school bus. Kids have been out of school all week. Before that we had a slew of holiday school parties that were really quite sweet. Especially G & V's, they seem very happy in their class  this year. I almost cried as they were twirling and bumping about singing We wish you a Merry Christmas in Mandarin.

a few seconds before it was due to be raised V positioned herself quite well to place the class decorated star upon the tree. ( they have a lovely lovely teaching team & class this year - so does M )
